About Martha Harrell
My medias are oil, ink, watercolor, and acrylic. My emphasis is landscapes and buildings, but also I paint and draw animals and people. The past few years I have been progressing from realism into expressionism. I always have something in process, I paint year-round. I think that what motivates me is a wish for involvement with the profound. I have done some commissions, mostly of buildings. As you can tell, my sentences are short, because I prefer my art to speak for itself.
